We have some important updates and reminders as we head into the heart of our Fall 2025 season:
🗓️ Area & State Games
Area Games: Thursday, September 19
State Fall Tournament: October 8–10 in Casper
Please let us know ASAP if your athlete will not be attending either event. We pay participation fees for every athlete and volunteer we register, so advance notice helps with budgeting and planning. Thank you!

Practice Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00–7:30 p.m.
Location: Wyo Sports Ranch, 1887 Champions Blvd., Casper
We’re so thankful to be at this amazing indoor facility — no bugs, no wind, no Wyoming weather surprises!
Casper College Soccer Invite:
The Men’s Soccer Team invited our athletes to cheer them on at their game this Saturday, Sept 7 at 3:30 p.m. at the College field! It’s FREE and open to all — come represent Team Casper!

Next Practices:
Saturday, Sept 6th from 12:00–2:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sept 13th from 12:00–2:00 p.m.
Location: El Marko Lanes
Area Games: Sept 19
State Games: Oct 9–10 (in Casper)
🔁 A few important reminders:
BOWLING CATALOG: If anyone accidentally brought home the El Marko bowling product catalog, please return it to the bowling alley.
CODE OF CONDUCT: Please avoid the bar area during practices — even for food. Athletes should be ready to bowl when it’s their turn and keep food/drinks in designated areas only. Code of Conduct
VOLUNTEER SUPPORT: We have 40+ athletes and 3 amazing coaches. If you’re regularly attending practices and helping, THANK YOU — and please make it official by signing up as a volunteer🙏 :

🙌 Volunteer Help & Management Team
Our local program is 100% volunteer run, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who helps make this possible. That said — we can’t do it alone.
We’re looking for additional volunteers to join our Casper Management Committee to help plan, organize, and support all four sports seasons. The state office on 1st Street does not run team practices or athlete activities — that’s all done by local volunteer Coaches and our committee.
If you’re interested in coaching, team leadership, or helping behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
