🚨 Summer Sports Classic Season – Volunteers Needed! 🚨

Hi friends,

Many of you have reached out asking about Casper’s participation in this year’s Summer Sports Classic (August 1–2), and we’re so grateful for the interest and enthusiasm.

We want to be transparent: we cannot move forward with any Summer Sports unless we have volunteers step up as team leaders.

Here’s where we currently stand:

🥎 Softball – No coach, no team leader
🎳 Bowling – We have coaches, but still need a team leader
⛳ Unified Golf – No coach needed, but we need a team leader to help with pairings and communicate with the golf course
🚴 Cycling – No coach, no team leader
🌱 Bocce – No coach, no team leader

🧩 A team leader helps coordinate practice logistics, support communication, and serve as the main point of contact for that sport. One person can take on multiple roles if desired (coach, partner, team leader, etc.).

🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ If you’re able to coach, assist, or lead—even for just one sport—we would love to hear from you!

We’re also deeply sorry for any stress or uncertainty this may cause athletes or families. We understand how much everyone looks forward to these events, and we’re doing our best to find a path forward.
